For Ford Fiesta I worked on most of the PBR materials for UE and, from 2019 onwards, yearly material updates mostly for seat insets and bolster trims. The seats show a variety of upholstery materials from different types of fabric to different leathers. All the textures were created fully procedurally using Adobe Substance Designer closely following the photo references and physical samples provided. The materials were created for V-Ray in 3ds max (specular/gloss workflow) and UE 4 (metal/roughness workflow), both engines used the same textures (outputs) exported for the different workflows to work correctly with the materials for each engine.
